ARCTIC CAT 2018-2024 CTEC 870 BIG BORE Most powerful pump gas bigbore available. Terra Alps Racing 870 big bore kit with wicked acceleration for the 2018 to 2022 CTEC 800s. 22% gain on pump gas with pipe kit.

Gets your sled to jump up on the snow and accelerate away from your buddies.

Kit consists of boring, welding, fully porting and replating the cylinders. Comes with our custom lightweight piston kits for quicker acceleration and smoother running operation. Most advanced billet head with interchangeable domes for different riding elevations to run on pump gas, race fuel or turbo applications. Exhaust valves are machined extensively to match the porting in cylinders. Terra Alps only made a 870 kit for the cylinders flow maximum airflow to achieve maximum horsepower at this displacement. Also proper fit around injectors. Plus the smooth running quickness of this kit over heavier pistons and less stress on the crank makes this kit the best choice.

Send in your cylinders with exhaust valves complete. Cases can be ported if sent in.

If your interested in taking your performance in steps year by year Terra Alps Racing can reflash your tune you originally purchased from Terra Alps Racing and make changes along the way at no extra cost. Add a pipe kit later, no problem, 870 big bore year after, you bet. Terra Alps can re-adjust the tune in ecm to match your bigbores airflow at no extra cost.

If you have a tune from someone else we cant help you and either can they. Most dont have any dyno time tuning one.
